Henderson Man Arrested in Columbus County on Bertie County Assault Warrant

COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC — Local authorities executed an outstanding warrant on August 4, arresting a Henderson resident on a misdemeanor assault charge originating from another jurisdiction.

Lamarious Bullock, 33, was booked into the Columbus County Detention Center at 9:12 a.m. by the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office. The arrest stems from a simple assault warrant issued out of Bertie County.

Bullock was released on August 4 after posting a $2,500 unsecured bond while awaiting his court date.
