Brunswick County, NC — Coastal Cosmetic Family Dentistry will once again open its doors to residents across the region for its 12th annual Dentistry From the Heart event, offering a full day of free dental care for individuals who may not otherwise have access to treatment.
The clinic will be held Friday, May 15, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 3071 Southport‑Supply Road SE in Bolivia, the practice’s main Brunswick County location.
Patients may receive one free service: a professional cleaning, a filling, or a tooth extraction. Providers will determine on site which option is appropriate based on each patient’s needs. All ages are welcome, and no appointments are taken. Patients are seen on a first‑come, first‑served basis, a system that typically draws early‑morning lines.
Attendees can expect a wait line, this event in the past has drawn over 200 people, an on‑site registration, a brief medical screening, and a discussion with a provider before treatment. The event is part of the practice’s ongoing effort to raise awareness about the importance of dental health and expand access to basic care.
