Several arrests involved driving while impaired (DWI) under N.C.G.S. 20-138.1.
- Gerald Dewayne Jones, 60, booked February 19 at 1:01 AM, charged with DWI, speeding, reckless driving with wanton disregard, no operator’s license, and open container violation (bond: $15,000 for DWI).
- Allan Cole Canady, 34, booked February 19 at 10:46 PM, charged with DWI (bond: $2,000).
- Ray Charles Carmichael, 64, booked February 20 at 1:39 PM, charged with DWI and parole violation (bond: $1,000 for DWI).
- Amethyst Magdalena Long, 23, booked February 17 at 8:57 PM, charged with DWI (bond: $1,500).
