  • Felony Larceny (Evergreen): At 2:39 p.m. on July 28, Capt. Richard L. Adams investigated a felony larceny in the 400 block of Evergreen Baptist Road. An Apple iPad ($400 value) and Apple Watch SE ($120 value) were reported stolen from Olivia Denise Brown.

  • Warrant Service (Tabor City): At 5:18 p.m. on July 28, Cpl. Patrick Sawhill served a warrant on an 18-year-old male suspect in the 1600 block of Clyde Norris Road.

  • Prowler Report (Cerro Gordo): At 6:52 p.m. on July 28, Deputy Cail L. Brown responded to the 3700 block of Cedar Grove Church Road. Resident Marie Strickland reported a 65-year-old male prowling on the property.
