July 24, 2026

• Cameron Guyton, 25, of Chadbourn, NC:

  • Arresting Agency: Columbus County Sheriff’s Office

  • Charges: Misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

• Toya Dylanette Jones, 35, of Whiteville, NC:

• Russell Wayne McPherson, 55, of Clarendon, NC:

  • Arresting Agency: Columbus County Sheriff’s Office

  • Charges: IV-D non-support of a child.

  • Bond: $5,000 purge amount.

• Gabrielle Rhodes, 36, of Rose Hill, NC:

  • Arresting Agency: Columbus County Sheriff’s Office

  • Charges: Hit and run (leaving the scene with property damage), failure to report an accident, driving without an operator’s license, operating a vehicle with no insurance, fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag, failure to reduce speed, seat belt violation, and exceeding posted speed.

• Taylor Stocks, 18, of Nakina, NC:

  • Arresting Agency: Columbus County Sheriff’s Office

  • Charges: Failure to appear on a misdemeanor.

  • Bond: $500 secured bond (Released July 24, 2026).

July 25, 2026

• Jesse Monroe Godwin, 50, of Cerro Gordo, NC:

  • Arresting Agency: Columbus County Sheriff’s Office

  • Charges: Assault on a female.

  • Bond: $1,500 secured bond (Released July 26, 2026).

• Robert Earl Hinson, 47, of Clarendon, NC:

  • Arresting Agency: Whiteville Police Department

  • Charges: Driving while impaired.

  • Bond: $5,000 secured bond.

• Derrick Vitanza, 18, of Whiteville, NC:

  • Arresting Agency: Columbus County Sheriff’s Office

  • Charges: Assault on a child under 12.

July 26, 2026

• Lucorey Andre Gause, 43, of Whiteville, NC:

  • Charges: Felony breaking and/or entering, felony obtaining property by false pretense, and misdemeanor larceny.

• Jonathan Lafrank Kellihan, 33, of Whiteville, NC:

  • Charges: Felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, driving while license revoked (non-impaired), and seat belt infraction.

  • Bond: No bond for stolen motor vehicle charge; $500 secured bond for DWLR.

July 27, 2026

• Timothy Griffin, 55, of Tabor City, NC:

  • Charges: Extradition / Fugitive from another state.

• Borenzo Cortez Patrick, 35, of Riegelwood, NC:

  • Arresting Agency: Columbus County Sheriff’s Office

  • Charges: Misdemeanor child abuse.

  • Bond: $10,000 secured bond (Released July 27, 2026).

• John William Russ, 42, of Vanceboro, NC:

  • Arresting Agency: Columbus County Sheriff’s Office

  • Charges: Court Writ.

• Norris Lee Scott Jr., 45, of Chadbourn, NC:
