Mrs. Presson was born on September 20, 1949, in Alamance County, daughter of the late Paul Thomas Porter and Elvira Jeannette Bradshaw Porter. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Presson, sisters, Nancy, Mary, and Patsy, and a brother Wayne.
Survivors include her son, Anson Lee Doss and wife Susan of Supply; two stepsons, Mark Presson and wife Janet of Monroe and Jeff Presson and wife Jeannette of Las Vegas, one grandchild; five step grandchildren; one great grandchild; eight step great grandchildren; brother, David of Burlington; two sisters, Shirley and Vicky of Burlington; special friend Tammy Pasour.
Memorial services will be held Friday, February 27, 2026, at eleven o’clock in the morning at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 4690 East Coast Lane, Shallotte with Pastor Brad Bullard officiating.
