Mr. Alrice “Chip” Barnes, age 74, formally of Lake Waccamaw NC, now of Calabash, NC, passed away at the Brunswick Health & Rehab Center in Ash, NC after a lengthy illness.
Born December 9, 1951 in Robeson County, NC, he was the son of the late Alrice Barnes, Sr and the late Myrtle Fisher Barnes.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Barnes of the home, daughter, Miranda Rooks (Justin) of North Myrtle Beach, SC, and a grandson, Trent Rooks of North Myrtle Beach, SC.
