Our company was founded in 1975 by my father, James L. Hester of Bladenboro, N.C. After my brother passed away from a rare form of cancer at just 13 years old, my father—who had been a minister since 1963—felt called to create a business that would allow him to share God’s peace and love with families walking through grief. Having experienced the pain of loss himself, he wanted to offer comfort, dignity, and compassion to others.

Over the past 49 years, our company has grown and accomplished much, including securing government contracts that ranged from Arlington National Cemetery to Florida National Cemetery. Through it all, we have remained committed to honoring loved ones with meaningful personalization and heartfelt service.

Today, we continue to operate with God at the forefront of everything we do, just as my father intended.
