Leland Planning Board Public Meeting – 150.2 acres zoning map amendment

The Leland Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, March 24, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at Leland Town Hall, 102 Town Hall Drive, Leland.

The meeting will include consideration of a zoning map amendment to initially zone approximately 150.2 acres associated with a voluntary annexation. The public is invited to attend and participate.

• Location: Parcels located along U.S. Highway 74/76, east and west of Compass Pointe East Wynd NE, and south of the Compass Pointe neighborhood.

The Planning Board will review and make a recommendation on a proposed initial zoning for Brunswick County Tax Parcel IDs 0280000101 and 02200024.
