Ribbon Cutting to Celebrate Beach Primary Care and Wellness

Community invited to welcome a new healthcare provider to Supply on March 12

Supply, NC — Beach Primary Care and Wellness will celebrate its official Ribbon Cutting on March 12 at 4:00 p.m at 863 Ocean Highway West in Supply. The event is hosted in partnership with the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce.

A brief look at Supply’s healthcare history – For much of the 20th century, residents in the Supply and Lockwood Folly region relied on a small network of family doctors, and county public health services. As Brunswick County’s population surged in the 1990s and early 2000s, especially along the US 17 corridor, the need for accessible primary care grew rapidly.

Supply’s central location made it a natural hub for expanding medical services. What began as a rural crossroads community evolved into a key service center for nearby beach towns and inland neighborhoods. In recent years, the county’s continued growth, aging population, and emphasis on preventive care have encouraged new, patient‑centered practices to open their doors.

Beach Primary Care and Wellness represent the latest chapter in this ongoing expansion of local healthcare options.

The ribbon cuttings is a celebration of a new chapter for local care. A meaningful way to welcome new businesses, highlight local investment, and strengthen connections among Chamber members, community leaders, and residents.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the team behind Beach Primary Care and Wellness, tour the facility, and learn more about the services they will bring to the community.

The Chamber encourages members and neighbors to stop by, show their support, and help mark this milestone for a growing local healthcare provider.
