The Columbus County Health Department has released an updated list of clinic locations as the agency continues its multi‑phase relocation process.
All sites listed below are open and fully operational, and residents may continue accessing services without interruption.
The department began transitioning services in late 2025 to improve accessibility, expand clinical space, and consolidate programs that had outgrown their previous buildings. Officials emphasize that patient care remains uninterrupted and all essential services are available at their new homes.
800 Jefferson Street, Suite 102
This location now serves as one of the department’s primary hubs for family and childhood services.

– Pediatrics
– WIC
– Immunizations
Medical and immunization records are also housed at this site, making it a central stop for families needing documentation or routine care.
604 North Madison Street
This clinic continues to support adult and women’s health needs, along with core diagnostic services.

– Laboratory Services
304 Jefferson Street (Miller Building)
The Miller Building now operates exclusively as the department’s dental clinic.
