Southport, NC — FOCUS Broadband has expanded its local footprint, making in‑person support more accessible for customers in Southport, Boiling Spring Lakes, St. James, Oak Island, and surrounding communities.
The company’s newest customer care center underscores its commitment to providing convenient, community service throughout Brunswick County.
Located at 4891 Long Beach Road SE, Suite 2, in the Food Lion shopping center, the Southport location offers customers a hands‑on way to explore available services, pay bills, return or pick up equipment, and speak directly with knowledgeable staff. The center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
FOCUS Broadband continues its fiber‑optic network expansion in the Southport area. During the summer of 2026, service became available in parts of downtown and in neighborhoods such as Osprey Landing and Cades Cove, and N. Howe Street. Additional expansion is planned as the City of Southport advances its broader project to move utilities underground.
