Shallotte Resident Arrested in Brunswick County on Outstanding Columbus County Warrants

SHALLOTTE, NC — A Shallotte man was taken into custody early Thursday morning on multiple failure-to-appear warrants out of Columbus County.

Bobby Wayne Church, 50, of 309 High Hill Drive South West, Shallotte, was arrested by the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office at 1:26 a.m. on Aug. 13.

Church was processed on two counts of failure to appear on misdemeanor charges originating in Columbus County jurisdiction. He was issued a $5,000 secured bond and subsequently released.

All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
