Farmhouse Kitchen in Leland continues to earn strong marks for its scratch‑made biscuits and generous breakfast portions.
Carolina Coastal Café in Southport offers a smaller, coastal‑style menu with biscuit sandwiches that have become a regular draw for morning visitors. Biscuitville on Main Street in Shallotte, adds a fresh‑baked option to the county’s lineup, producing biscuits every 15 minutes and expanding the variety of breakfast choices available to residents.
