The Brunswick County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Feb. 9, 2026, to consider the following rezoning request, planned developments, and a building size allowance:

Building Size Allowance (2026‑01)

Location: 67 Government Center Drive NE, Bolivia Parcel: 13900059 Request: Allow a 132,000‑sq‑ft, four‑story office building on an 8‑acre portion of the Government Center tract.
