Two maintenance projects scheduled on Albright Rd and NC 133

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC — Transportation crews have two upcoming maintenance operations scheduled this week and next, affecting Albright Road near Midway and a section of NC 133 southbound near Alligator Creek.
A full closure is planned on Albright Road in both directions from Midway Road SE to Brown Rd SE. All lanes will be closed for maintenance beginning July 28 at 7:30 a.m. Work is expected to continue through July 29 at 5:30 p.m. The most recent update was posted July 27 at 7:33 a.m.
A separate maintenance project on NC 133 will close all shoulders southbound near Alligator Creek. That work is scheduled to begin August 3 at 9:00 a.m. and continue through August 7 at 4:00 p.m.
Drivers should anticipate delays, and use caution when approaching both work zones.
