The Cooking Corner: Balsamic Chicken

This week I bring you this delicious yet easy to make chicken that your entire family can enjoy.  Its easy to make but packs so much flavor.

Ingredients
¼ Cup Oregano
¼ Cup Garlic Powder
¼ Cup Onion Powder
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
3 Cups Chicken Broth
½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 Chicken Breasts

Directions
Step 1 – In a storage container add your Oregano, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Crushed Red Pepper, Salt, White Pepper, Chicken Broth and Balsamic Vinegar and whisk till blended as much as possible.

Step 2 – Cut your chicken breasts nice and thin.

Step 3 – Add your chicken to the marinade. Let this sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours and up to 6 hours.

Step 4 – Heat a pan and add a little bit of Olive oil and cook your chicken. As you go add some of the marinade and cook it down with the chicken, you will do this twice during the cooking process. (See photos for how it should look)

Step 5 – Once your chicken is cooked add it to your plate and if you like (I do) add a balsamic drizzle to it. This is something I buy and do not make my own. Plenty of them out there to choose from. Enjoy!
