Horry County, SC — Jullien Lorenzo Lamont Bell is now in custody, ending a multi‑agency search that began earlier this month.
Horry County Police Department confirmed Bell was apprehended early July 19, 2026, following coordinated work by VCAT, the HCPD Street Crimes Unit, the Myrtle Beach Police Department, and information provided through community tips.
Bell, 23, had been wanted since July 10, 2026 on nine active warrants, including attempted murder, kidnapping, and multiple felony weapons violations. His last known address was in the Cox Ferry Road area of Conway.
Authorities thanked the public for the assistance that helped lead to Bell’s arrest as efforts continue to keep Horry County safe.
