He served his community as a Deputy for Columbus County Sheriff’s Office as an SRO during the school season and worked patrol during the summer months.
He was the protector, mentor and often took the phrase “get on the child’s level” literally. He would often be caught playing kickball or joking around with students to make the day more fun. Damien was also a devoted husband, father to two beautiful girls, a son and a brother.
He spent his spare time pushing his girls on the swing until the sun went down or blasting music or dancing with them throughout the house. He loved his family, his job and serving and protecting our community.
Thank you Draper for your Service, and your devotion to our family. We love you, always.
