CLARKTON — A Clarkton man was taken into custody June 23 on three separate Failure to Appear warrants, each tied to misdemeanor cases in Columbus County. Elbert Justin Graham, 33, was held on $12,500 secured bond across the three warrants. Court records show Graham has a history of missed court dates in the region.
All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
