Myrtle Beach, SC — Unaccompanied minors ages 17 and younger must be out of the designated downtown Ocean Boulevard zone and all city‑owned properties by 9:00 p.m., unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Limited exemptions apply for work, emergencies, and other approved circumstances.
The curfew zone extends from the ocean to Kings Highway between Sixth Avenue South and 21st Avenue North, with an additional protected area along Broadway Street from Seventh Avenue North to Ninth Avenue North.
Outside the protected zone and city‑owned property, the city’s standard juvenile curfew of midnight to 6:00 a.m. remains in effect.
