Southport–Fort Fisher Ferry Operating on Amended Schedule Due to Maintenance

The Southport–Fort Fisher Ferry is operating on an amended schedule today as crews conduct scheduled maintenance, according to ferry operations officials.

The North Carolina Department of Transportation’s Ferry Division announced the temporary adjustments early Saturday, noting that normal service will resume once maintenance work is complete.

Passengers are encouraged to plan for modified departure times and allow additional time for boarding.
