DWI Arrest After Evening Stop on Britton Street

WHITEVILLE — Deputies arrested Manuel Castellanos, 27, after a Thursday evening stop on Britton Street led to charges involving alcohol violations. According to the Columbus County Detention Center, Castellanos was charged with allowing conduct on a licensed premises and giving a malt beverage to a person under 21. He was booked at 7:44 p.m. and received a $3,000 secured bond.
