CHADBOURN — A Chadbourn man was arrested Sunday night on felony charges after deputies say he fired a gun into an occupied property.
John Christopher Graham Jr., 35, of 217 W. Princess Street, was taken into custody and charged with Discharging a Weapon Into an Occupied Property, a felony, according to detention center records. He was also charged with Discharging a Firearm in City Limits, a misdemeanor.
Graham was booked into the Columbus County Detention Center without bond on the felony charge. No incident narrative was included in the public media log, and the Sheriff’s Office has not released additional details about the circumstances of the shooting.
Graham remained in custody awaiting trial as of the report’s publication.
