The Brunswick County Planning Board will meet Monday, May 11, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Sandifer Building in Bolivia to discuss two residential development requests:

Rezoning Case Z-931 (Supply): A request to rezone 0.38 acres off Boones Neck Road SW from “Undesignated” to R-6000 High Density Residential.

Gray Bridge PD-177 (Shallotte): A proposed 400-lot single-family development by Andy Mills. The project spans 98 acres off Gray Bridge Road SW, with a density of 4.10 units per acre.
