Whiteville, NC — Veterans and their families across Southeastern North Carolina are invited to a special Meet & Greet at the Veterans Memorial Park of America in Whiteville, offering an opportunity to learn about VA‑approved mental health services and connect with local support resources.

The event will introduce several programs designed to assist Veterans navigating Post‑Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), moral injury, adjustment challenges, and other service‑related mental health needs. Attendees will be able to meet providers, ask questions, and explore available services in a welcoming, community‑centered setting.

According to event organizers, the Meet & Greet will highlight a range of support options, including Battlemind therapy, PTSD group therapy, moral injury group therapy, individual counseling, equine therapy, and additional services aimed at strengthening mental and emotional well‑being.
