Supply Resident Turns $5 Scratch-Off into Six-Figure Payday

SUPPLY, NC – A Brunswick County man is celebrating a life-changing windfall after a routine stop for a lottery ticket turned into a $200,000 jackpot.

Titus Eury, of Supply, recently tried his luck with the North Carolina Education Lottery’s Mega Bucks game. His $5 investment proved to be a winning one, as he beat the odds to uncover one of the game’s top prizes.

The winning ticket was purchased at Boone’s Neck Pantry on Kirby Road SW in Supply.

Eury traveled to lottery headquarters on Monday, April 6, to officially collect his winnings. After the mandatory state and federal tax withholdings, he walked away smiling with $144,021.00
