The incident was reported at 2:03 p.m. at 49 Birchwood Trail, according to the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office. The victim is listed as a 12‑year‑old male.
A 23‑year‑old male is listed as the suspect. No injuries or additional circumstances were included in the report.
