Brunswick County, NC — The Town of Bolivia has announced that the previously scheduled request to amend the Planned Unit Development (PUD) has been officially withdrawn. As a result, there will be no public hearing on that matter on January 13, 2026, at Town Hall.
However, the Bolivia Board of Aldermen will still hold a Public Hearing on January 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Bolivia Town Hall, located at 105 Danford Road, Bolivia, NC 28422. During this session, the Board will consider the following land‑use request:
– A Special Use Permit within the C‑3 (Commercial 3) Zoning District for the development of a volleyball complex, categorized under Sports & Recreation Complex uses.
Residents and interested members of the public are encouraged to attend.
