Patricia Lynn Ward, age 66, of Bladenboro, NC, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026, in Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, Whiteville, NC.
Born August 15, 1959, in Columbus County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Dock Phillips and Rosa Bell Richardson Phillips.
She is survived by one son, Dock Ward of New Market, VA; three sisters, Brenda Soles of Tabor City, NC, Linda Phillips of Whiteville, NC, and Bonita Locklear of Tabor City, NC; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Grady Ward; four brothers, Jimmy Phillips, Joe Phillips, Billy Phillips, and Jerry Phillips; and two sisters, Annie Ruth James and Betty Avant.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be held prior to the service in chapel from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM.
