Lake Waccamaw, NC — The Town of Lake Waccamaw has announced a public hearing to review a proposed amendment to its zoning ordinance, specifically addressing development standards for structures located on the lake side of Lake Shore Drive.
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10 at 5:00 p.m. and will be held in the Town Hall Council Chambers, located at 205 Flemington Drive. During the meeting, the Town Council will consider the Lake Shore Drive Structures Text Amendment, which would update zoning language governing how structures may be built or expanded along the lakefront corridor.
