Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Searching for Missing Teen (UPDATED)

The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile who did not return home from school on Tuesday.

Deputies are searching for Natayah M. McCree, a 17‑year‑old who was last seen at West Brunswick High School earlier in the day. According to the sheriff’s office, Natayah did not board her bus after school and has not been in contact with family.

Natayah is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 215 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Her clothing at the time she was last seen is unknown. Authorities say she does not have a cell phone and may be in the company of her boyfriend or a female friend in the area.

The sheriff’s office is urging anyone who may have information about Natayah’s whereabouts to call 910‑253‑2777 or dial 911 immediately.

Officials are also asking the community to share the alert to help bring the teen home safely.
