Breaking, Entering, Larceny Open Investigation
The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance regarding a Breaking and Entering and Larceny investigation that occurred in the Riegelwood community.
In-home surveillance footage provided by the victim captured a person of interest inside the residence. The individual appears to be completely covered and quickly approached the camera, turning it over, which makes identifying features difficult to determine.
Although the video provides limited visual details, investigators are hopeful that someone in the community may recognize something no matter how small that could assist in this case.
