Leland, NC — The Leland Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, August 25 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Leland Town Hall, located at 102 Town Hall Drive.
The board will consider a zoning map amendment involving Brunswick County Tax Parcel ID 0470001212, a site located along US Highway 17, north of the Brunswick Forest commercial development.
The request, submitted by Charlie Williams of Branch Columbia Leland Associates, L.P., seeks to rezone the parcel into the Leland US Highway 17 Overlay District for sign‑regulation purposes.
The public is welcome to attend and participate. Written comments may be submitted up to 24 hours before the meeting.
The Planning Board will review the proposal and make a recommendation for Town Council consideration.
