Conway Man Booked as Habitual Felon

Columbus County – Winston Boyd Leviner II, a 47-year-old resident of Conway, SC, was arrested and booked in Columbus County on August 3. Leviner was charged as a habitual felon. He was processed at the detention center and issued a $50,000 unsecured bond pending trial.
