FDA RECALL: PT Organics Limited is voluntarily recalling select Pumpkin Tree Peter Rabbit Organics Banana & Strawberry 4 oz. pouches due to an internal packaging defect that may leave a strand of soft, food‑grade plastic inside the product.
The pouches were sold nationwide at Kroger, Meijer, and Target between March 6 and July 13, 2026. Because these retailers operate in North Carolina, the recall applies to NC consumers.
Affected pouches can be identified by: • Barcode 8 15367 01078 0 • Lane number “4” on the rear right‑hand seam • Best‑before dates: 01/19/2027, 01/20/2027, 03/17/2027, 03/18/2027, 05/14/2027, 05/15/2027
No injuries have been reported, and no other Pumpkin Tree products or flavors are included.
Consumers should dispose of recalled pouches or return them to the retailer. Do not eat or serve the product.
