Early voting available at three Horry County locations ahead of Aug. 11 primary to fill the seat formerly held by Sen. Lindsey Graham

Horry County, SC —  Early voting for the Special Republican Primary for U.S. Senate will run Wednesday, Aug. 5 through Friday, Aug. 7, 2026. Voting hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at all locations.

This special election will determine the Republican nominee in the race to fill the U.S. Senate seat formerly held by Sen. Lindsey Graham, who passed away earlier this year, according to information released by the South Carolina State Election Commission.

Under South Carolina’s rules, voters who participated in the Republican primary or did not vote on June 9 may cast a ballot in this runoff. Voters who selected a Democratic ballot on June 9 are not eligible.

Early voting is available at the Conway Elections Office at 1515 4th Avenue in Conway, the South Strand Recreation Center at 9650 Scipio Lane in Myrtle Beach, and the North Strand Recreation Center at 120 Highway 57 S. in Little River.

The Special Republican Primary for U.S. Senate will be held Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
