Conway, SC — The Horry County Solid Waste Authority is now accepting applications for its Recycling Grant Program, which supports projects that create or expand waste‑reduction and recycling efforts throughout the community.
Eligible applicants include Horry County local governments, K‑12 schools, colleges and universities, (HOA) homeowners associations, nonprofit organizations, private businesses, and private industries.
The program is designed to help fund initiatives that increase recycling participation, improve material recovery, or introduce new waste‑reduction opportunities across the county.
Grants of up to $10,000 are available for each eligible organization, with a limited number offered for the 2026 cycle. Applications will be accepted from July 1 through August 31, 2026.
