Vehicle located in Florence County hours after disappearance
Myrtle Beach, SC — Detectives with the Horry County Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in a missing person investigation that began on July 9, 2026.
According to HCPD, 32‑year‑old Jack Pressley Bond was last believed to have been seen at his residence in the 100 block of Rocko Drive in the Myrtle Beach area of Horry County. Bond is described as approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Investigators say the vehicle Bond is known to drive—a silver 2017 Toyota Camry with South Carolina license plate QFY659—was located during the evening hours of July 9 in the 3000 block of E. Palmetto Street (U.S. 76) in Florence County. The lower right corner of the vehicle’s rear windshield features a bumper sticker that reads “Pink Floyd” in white lettering.
Detectives are asking anyone who may have seen this vehicle on July 9 or who has information related to the investigation to contact the Horry County Police Department Criminal Investigations Division at 843.915.8477
