Ms. Mariah Thompson 15, of Whiteville, NC gave the Lord her hand on Monday, June 22, 2026, and entered eternity.
A Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Thompson will be conducted on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, 12:00 pm from the Brunswick Waccamaw Headquarters, 600 Pine Log Road, Whiteville, NC with Rev. Dr. David Flowers eulogizing. Burial will follow in the Todd Cemetery II.
Ms. Thompson is survived by her father: Mr. Justin Thompson, mother: Ms. Lashanda Gowans, her siblings: Shamirah Gowans, Jayceon Thompson, Kelly Gowans, Dakari Graham, Cherish Gowans, Justin Bellamy, Jamarea Hall and Jayce Hall, paternal grandmother: Tina Thompson, paternal grandfather: Milton Willis, maternal grandmother: Mary E. Gowans, paternal great grandmother: Mae Willis, a host of relatives and friends.
A viewing will follow the service.
