Construction Site Hit by $8,000 Lumber and A/C Theft in Nakina

NAKINA — Deputies are investigating a large‑scale theft reported June 22 on Ramsey Ford Road, where 40 pieces of 8x8x20 lumber valued at $5,000 and an A/C unit worth $3,000 were stolen from a construction site.  The suspect was described only as an unknown male, and no arrest has been made. The case remains open.

All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
