Stormwater Pipe Replacement to Close Portion of Crooked Gulley Road
SUNSET BEACH, N.C. — A section of Crooked Gulley Road in the Sea Trail community will be affected by a weeklong stormwater project beginning Monday, Jan. 19. Crews will replace a stormwater pipe beneath the roadway, and work is expected to continue throughout the week.
To help manage traffic flow, residents north of 280 Crooked Gulley are asked to use the North entrance, while those living south of Jones Byrd Court should enter and exit through the South entrance.
Town officials are asking drivers to use caution in the area and appreciate the community’s patience as these infrastructure upgrades move forward.
