Advanced Primary Care invites residents for free screenings, food, and provider meet‑and‑greet
WHITEVILLE, NC — Columbus Regional Healthcare System’s Advanced Primary Care will open its doors to the community on Tuesday, June 9, offering residents a chance to meet providers, tour the practice, and receive free health screenings. The open house will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at 619 Jefferson Street in Whiteville.
The event is designed to give families a closer look at the services available through the practice, which provides primary care for patients of all ages. Staff members will be on hand to answer questions about scheduling, preventive care, chronic disease management, and what new patients can expect during their first visit.
Free screenings including blood pressure, glucose, and A1C checks will be available throughout the event. Organizers say these quick assessments can help residents identify potential health concerns early and connect with care before issues become more serious.
In addition to meeting the providers, visitors can enjoy refreshments, take part in raffles, and learn more about the clinic’s role within the broader Columbus Regional Healthcare System. The open house is open to all, including those who may be searching for a new primary care provider or exploring options for their family.
