Patricia Juanita Sellers, age 65 of Whiteville, passed away peacefully at home and went to be with the Lord and her beloved husband, Charles Sellers, who preceded her in death.
Patricia was born on October 7, 1960 in New Hanover County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Bunn Franklin Register and Letha Mae Etheridge. Patricia was a graduate of Nakina High School (Class of 1978) and devoted her life to being a loving homemaker, faithful wife, caring mother, loving mother-in-law, and treasured grandmother.
A devoted member of Macedonia Freewill Baptist Church, Patricia loved the Lord deeply and faithfully served Him throughout her life. She was a true prayer warrior with an unfailing faith in the Lord, trusting Him through every season of life. Known for her humble, kind, and meek spirit, Patricia touched the hearts of all who knew her. Her love for Jesus, her family, her church, and her flowers filled her life and the lives of others with warmth and beauty.
Patricia especially treasured the precious time she spent with her grandson, Logan. She loved baking with him and creating memories that will forever be cherished. Her gentle heart, unwavering faith, and unconditional love made her the foundation of her family.
She is survived by her loving son, Adam Sellers and wife Stephanie; her cherished grandson, Logan Sellers; her faithful dog, Cappy; along with her aunt, brothers, sister, cousins, and many nieces and nephews who will lovingly remember her.
Patricia will be remembered for her steadfast faith in the Lord, her devotion to her family, and the kindness and grace she showed to everyone she met. Her legacy of love, faith, compassion, and prayer will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Macedonia Free Will Baptist Church in Crusoe, with Preacher Jamie Ward officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10:00-10:45 a.m. prior to the service on Saturday.
