Mona Leressa Fields, 61, of Chadbourn, died on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the Lower Cape Fear Angel House. Mona was born on September 25, 1964. She is survived by her children, Doug Jones and Kala Kristy Johnson; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; half-brother, Robert Baxter Adair; host of loving nieces and nephews.
