Horry County SC — Avoid the area of East Highway 9 and Highway 31, as a single-vehicle crash with confinement, involving a tractor-trailer, has lanes of the on-ramp to Highway 31 currently blocked.
Extrication operations were deployed by Horry County Fire Rescue crews to remove the confined. One person is being transported to the hospital with injuries at this time.
South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating. North Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue is assisting.
HCFR was dispatched at 2:28 p.m. May 7.
